Luxe 4BR Retreat w/ Private Pool, Hot Tub & BBQ

The house is well maintained and clean. The gazebo is a big plus in good weather. The location was very convenient for our plans for the weekend. The big disappointment was that the pool was closed for the winter even as the weather was very warm. We were counting on the pool. It was not communicated to us that it wouldn’t be available. If we knew we would have considered a different property. Also we were not told that there would be another tenant in the lower part of the house. That was a surprise and very unexpected to have a stranger, a man, in the house with four women, even in a separate part of it. He was very nice though, but still it should have been communicated. So there was some deception in the advertisement of the property.
